In this segment, with President John Haeger at the helm, Northern Arizona University has progressed considerably during the past decade. The progress that is most visible is the physical improvements on campus, but there have been changes at every level of the university.

In this segment, undergraduate research at Northern Arizona University has gained increased prominence during the past ten years.


 
 
 
 
 

In this segment, while NAU has long been focused on being sustainable, President Haeger has helped implement some more aggressive initiatives, creating an even more significant emphasis on sustainability. This includes the pledge for carbon neutrality by 2020.


 
 
 
 
 

In this segment, NAU has about 7,000 students who are part of Extended Campuses. Some of these students take classes online, and others attend class at one of the department’s 35 campuses across the state.


 
 
 
 
 

In this segment, NAU athletes continue to make the grade, with a significant percentage of student athletes earning 3.5 and 4.0 GPAs. The university’s athletics leadership continue to emphasize the academic component in the university’s sport’s culture.
